Processing Time
Order processing time is normally about 3–5 business days before shipment. In some cases, processing may take longer due to various factors (e.g. time of year, major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, and other peak periods).
Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.

Where Are Your Items Shipped From?
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers in the UK, US, Turkey, and Asia Pacific (Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and China). As our items are stored in several fulfillment centers, your order may be shipped in separate packages so they reach you faster. You may receive one item before the next — don’t worry, the rest is on its way!
How Do I Track My Order?
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number and tracking link.
Note: Tracking information becomes available 3–10 days after parcel dispatch.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Boho Home Finds is not responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please take great care to enter the correct shipping details at checkout.
If you realize you have made an error, email us as soon as possible — within 24 hours — at bohohomefinds.support@gmail.com with the subject line: URGENT SHIPPING ADDRESS ERROR
Please understand that once a package has been shipped, we are often unable to alter the destination address. Boho Home Finds reserves the right to charge a re-shipment fee.
Delivery Information
Boho Home Finds is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
Lost parcel: In the event that a package never reaches you after 60 business days and we can no longer trace it, you will need to obtain proof from your local post office stating that no packages from our sending address were received within this period. We will then ship out a replacement as soon as possible.
Uncollected packages: If you did not pick up your package within 14 days and it was returned, we will not refund your order. If we do receive the returned package, we will contact you with a link to pay the re-shipping fee and arrange redelivery.

Boho Home Finds is not responsible for and has no control over customs inspections or changes in customs regulations. These circumstances may unfortunately delay your order.
