We want you to love your Boho Home Finds order. This policy explains when you can get a refund, replacement, or exchange.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items: Full Refund or Replacement
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, email us at bohohomefinds.support@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number in the subject line and clear photos or a short video of the issue. Once confirmed, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method. You do not need to return the damaged item unless we ask you to.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 30 days. If you prefer, you can request an exchange for a different item instead. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return
- Email bohohomefinds.support@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- If approved, we’ll send you a Return Authorization Number and the return address.
- Ship the item within 30 days of delivery and send us the tracking number and carrier name. Please include a note with your order number inside the package.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll email you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 30 days.
Returns sent without an authorization number or tracking information cannot be accepted.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they ship. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled, but they may be eligible for a return under this policy.

Colors may vary slightly between production batches and screens.
