Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) before they ship. During peak seasons processing may take slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order ships, delivery usually takes 7–30 business days, depending on your country and the item. Our products are shipped from our fulfillment partners’ warehouses, so items from one order may arrive in separate packages.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take a few days to appear.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occasionally happen because of carriers, customs, holidays, or an incorrect address. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct.
